“Great getaway to the Laurel Mountains. Spotless, clean, quiet and secluded. Easy check in, location is off grid, and away from others. There was work being done on water lines near the property which impacted water pressure. This is beyond the control of the property manager, but before you book, double check to make sure that work is finished, or make the informed decision to book in spite of the friendly notice. No complaints on our end; just wanted to mention the situation for others. Hot Tub……

“We had a wonderful visit at this charming rustic cabin. Never stayed in a cabin before, so it was a wonderful treat for us. The place was very private amongst the trees, loved hearing the roar of the water beside us...so beautiful. The host was wonderful..made the booking and access to the place very easy. It was about 8min away from Nemocolin Woodland Resort, so it was super convienient for going to see our daughters college golf tournament. The only thing i would suggest is to bring plenty of……

“The house was easy to find. We had our parking space. We knew the place would be small. But walking in we were wowed. It was smallllll. We just laughed. I was very happy with plenty of counter space. The shower was a nice size. The tiny bathroom sink was so cute. The bedroom is up a steep creeky ladder in the loft. It was we set up but not for a tall person. My friend is short she stayed up there. I brought a single size blow up mattress. I set up in the small open space in front……

“Exactly as pictured! Cozy cabin that was always nice and cool and felt very private. But still had easy access to the main road, everything we did (Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, Touchstone) was all 20 minutes away or less. Hot tub was ready to go when we arrived. Very nice, good temperature. We enjoyed the cozy living room and all the games too - lincoln logs, cards, etc. And the smores supplies was a great touch! “After a long wet day in the rail trail; the heat, electric heater (fireplace) and laundry facilities help to escape the wetness of the day. You do not want to ride a bike to the house, the road was horrible. But once was arrived by a shuttle we found in town. The house was just great. ”
