“Food at the Inn arrived incorrectly, and tasteless. It was removed from the bill. When we entered our room the toilet seat almost fell off when moved. The heater in the room was broken. We used the hotel pool facility. The changing rooms were dirty. Dirty nappies in the swimsuit dryer. Sauna out of order. Broken drains on the jacuzzi. When the bubbles were on in the jacuzzi the water smelled stale and unclean. On reporting the cleanliness of the facilities after complaining previously about……
