Spend the most beautiful time of the year in this beautiful vacation house which is furnished with nice and comfortable furniture. It is located in the village of Savudrija in the northern part of the Istrian peninsula. The many sunny days, the beautiful turquoise-blue sea and the unique view of the Adriatic Sea and the Italian Alps make this area one of the most popular in Croatia. The house is located in the modern resort Skiper which is guarded around the clock. Guests can enjoy restaurants, a luxury pool, private beaches, children's playgrounds and sports centers. The beautiful pool is located near the property and the beaches are within a few minutes walk. From the terrace, living room and bedroom 1 there is a magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Piran. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi at your disposal, which will provide relaxing and pleasant moments. The price includes the use of the large shared pool, tennis courts and volleyball courts, fitness and sun loungers. As a guest you will receive a 20% discount in the spa and golf within the resort. Nearby and just steps from the sea you will find a new 18-hole golf course. For a fee, a catering service and a cleaning service can be used. From here every point of Istria can be easily reached. Whether Rovinj, Porec, Pula - the coastal towns of Istria and their sights are waiting to be discovered by you. Come and see for yourself all the beauties that the country has to offer.
