The room was clean and spacious upon arrival, but the ice bucket had mold or mildew on the top of it. One of the light fixtures in the bathroom had a lightbulb out. The bathtub needed to be unclogged because there was water sitting at the bottom when I showered. The toilet took a few flushes before the contents actually went down. The front office did come and fix the issues, but they should’ve been fixed before we occupied the room in my opinion.

The online room service QR code function did Not work properly! Several guests were downstairs at the bar/restaurant placing orders. Also the mattresses are Not as comfortable as in years past.
