“I decided to book a spa break abroad as a solo traveller. From the very moment I waked into the hotel I felt welcomed and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. “we arrived late to the hotel, first had to pull luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the reception. then when we entered the room it was not as fancy looking as in the pictures, and bath towels were dangling in the bathroom, and we weren't sure if they were clean. bathroom is small and very squished. ”

“Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer groß und absolut sauber. Großer Nachteil: es war vom Fahrtlärm der Straße dermaßen laut, dass ich keine Nacht gut schlafen konnte. Die Lage ist soweit ok, man sollte aber vorher wissen, dass der nächste Supermarkt/Pub einfach 1,5 Kilometer entfernt liegen und das Zentrum nochmal 300 Meter weiter entfernt liegt. Dafür sind der Preis inklusive Frühstück trotzdem ziemlich gut.”

“Okay room but terrible experience. I have areservation of 2 bedrooms, but was provided with 1 room when we arrived. We tried to show the owner what we have booked, the confirm letter from hotels, with my name my room details and all details. But he just refused to communicate, shouting at us he didn't know what we say, he has no mistake, we are the liers, take or leave! We have a business meeting that evening so we have no choice but accept. but this is not the worst of what happened. about……

“El apartamento es muy amplio y tiene todo lo basico, le faltan algunos detallet para ser excelente, pero lo básico lo tiene, sobretodo para unos días de trabajo. La cama es cómoda y el aire acondicionado potente. La zona no es muy buena, no hay apenas tiendas o restaurantes alrededor y de noche es bastante oscura”
