The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. The pool was also beautiful. We had a pleasant trip.

The key cards got deactivated easily. I had to ask for it to be activated each time I used to get to the room which was a complete hassle

The property in the pictures was much nicer than in reality!! I was disappointed by the wear and tear of this hotel—later I wished I had booked a different hotel. The price was cheap at half price for one night, that’s why I booked it. It was close enough to the cathedral and the San Juan de Dios market within walking distance.
