“Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Then you enter the suites on the top floor. The room we stayed in was spacious. Large bedroom, living room,……
“Grand hotel Exterior and Restaurant, Helpful and Friendly staff, Central location, breakfast acceptable rather than exceptional. Rooms and corridors are the standard grey modern unremarkable spaces in stark contrast to the rest of the building. Rooms however are large and comfortable.”
“From the first point of contact the service has been excellent. The messaging system is easy and replies are prompt. Check was straight forward and the apartment was so well positioned in terms of city centre location. The apartment was spacious and clean and quiet, just a perfect stay for a family of 4. “The hotel is centrally located close to all sights by foot. The room was comfortable and modern, the bathroom well equipped. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel was everything that you would want, but in particular the staff were welcoming and friendly, including reception and in particular the breakfast team. I would definitely stay here again.”
“El alojamiento estaba bien pero no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y era imposible dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible.
Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado”
“El apartamento según lo descrito muy bien en lo general ,limpieza camas cómodas, cocina compartida con otro apartamento, no falta ningún detalle muy bien en lo general lo único que está a 15 minutos andando del centro pero la parada del autobús está enfrente a UNOS 20metros, buena combinación, pasan rápido los autobuses ,barrio seguro.”
