"A very warm, accommodating welcome, staff were delightful. Rooms were so comfy and well equipped, provisions for our four legged friends were also provided. Food was slightly on the slow side but delicious when it came. Breakfast was included in our stay. Free parking. Free wifi. Totally recommend."

"Well equipped house - safe garden and access to great local pub. a nice walk to great coffee and mini shop. Modern up to date services in a small quiet village. Many varied outing destinations within 30 minutes. Suit families with small children and great hiking, biking, birding and outings."

"It was very nice, the stairs need to be fixed as look like the are rotting also so would not use them, hot tub bar to pull back cover screw loose and kept falling off. Shower needs sorting out as squirts everywhere concerned that could get hair dryer wet so would not use. Floor gets wet everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower head. Other than that very comfortable clean very relaxing. "

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all fixed was not that speedy either. The hot tub was the main highlight & that was in the wrong setting so we could not use it until the morning just before checkout. I booked the early check in & despite chasing if we could checking early which we paid extra for. We did not get informed until 30 mins before the early check in time. Finally the shower drainage didn’t work & the shower because super flooded and pretty impossible to use.. "

"We stayed in the Parlour as a family of 6. The occasion was very special to us and it was matched by the property and Alison ( the owner). I cannot recommend this property and Alison enough. From the welcome crate of goodies to the check in to see if we were ok, to the helping us light the fire or local recommendations, Alison was one of a kind. We will definitely be staying here or in the Dairy again. "
