“The room was dirty including the ‘clean’ bedding which was hairy. The bed was built by Ikea flat pack and someone’s hopes and dreams which did not come true - it creaked with every move! The room was spacious but what’s the point! It was hot with limited windows to open because of H&S but I had to prop one open with a spoon as the restrictor was broken. Only one set of towels despite the booking being for 2 people. The location is heart of city centre which was perfect except for noise until 3am……

For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. “We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise.
