"Our suite was great, newly renovated. Our room was on the canal and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great location. There was a great bakery around the corner. Check in was a bit frustrating, as we were not sent any instructions prior, and there is no 24 hour front desk. Owners were very nice. I’d stay here again and recommend to others. "

"La situation géographique est bonne (on peut aller à pied faire ses courses et au lac de Caniel) mais l'immeuble est non loin d'une route assez passante (très bon double vitrage mais quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes, on entend bien). La description du logement est conforme excepté que le matelas du canapé a un énorme creux au milieu donc pas confort pour dormir. Celui du haut est bien mais la structure métallique bouge donc pas mal de bruit dès que la personne en haut bouge, mieux vaut avoir...

"The booking process and the communication with the property owner was excellent from start to finish. The property itself was superb, with ample space for all the family, consisting of 6 adults and 3 children. The grounds allowed our grandchildren to play in a very safe environment and there was lots for them to do and play with. The close proximity to the pebbled beach meant we could walk down in 5 minutes. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend."

"This apartment is right in the historic center of Rouen surrounded by historic sites and great restaurants. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished with huge windows that open to the plaza below. It has a gorgeous Italian shower and was so refreshing after a day of touring. The washing machine also was so helpful to have and the host and his son were so helpful in teaching us how to use it as it was very different than ours at home. The hosts were helpful and attentive."

"We spent four comfortable days in the lovely self-contained apartment above Carol and Philip’s home. The two bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of hangars in the closets, heating that we were able to adjust ourselves on a couple very cool nights, and views onto their beautiful garden. "Everything is great. The only problem: There are 2 hotels with the same name, Odalys, and they are about 500 meters apart. I went to the wrong one. Parking is a little tricky if you arrive at night because it is difficult to know and see where the paid parking lots are. Once you are there, it is a GREAT place to stay."

"Staff were very helpful and stored our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out on the morning when we were due to catch the 4pm ferry. Pre - ordered a taxi for us which arrived punctually. Excellent location for shops, market, restaurants and bars. Will definitely book again."
