The hotel is located on the old Griffiss AFB where I was stationed 1975-1976 and 1992-1995. I like to go up there reminisce. The hotel is in a great location

Family stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event in the area. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, hotel and rooms were clean. Price I thought was high for a 2 -3 star hotel, but that seemed to be the going rate that weekend, due to the high demand for rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We unfortunately only had one night here, but it was the best hotel out of four on this trip. The room was great; the fitness center was stellar; and the breakfast looked awesome, although we didn’t get to partake. The staff was friendly and efficient as well. Highly recommend!

Staff at front desk was rude and told me 2 different stories about how there was no rooms ready for me at 230pm. She didnt realize she got herself in a lie but as i sat there she gave room keys to 6 different guests who came in after me and i even checked in 2 hrs prior on my hilton app. 2 cleaners were told to go check a room but instead went outside the front doors and smoked cigarettes. Bout fed up with hilton hotels and their rude staff and nothing ever being ready. Never have any issues at the marriot hotels and have even checked in 4 hrs early at them. No excuses for the way i was treated and lied to and the poor work ethic of the employees

Dilapidated property. Upon checking in I went to lift the toilet seat and it literally snapped off. Called front desk and they apologized and moved us across the hall. This room had a non-functioning TV. Paid $200 for what again? I coulda stayed at a hotel half the cost and probably not had these issues. Super disappointed with this stay and would not recommend to people visiting the area.

The room was full ants and had silver fish. The room is full handicap and very hard for us to use. The room felt old and so are the amenities. Room was also by the swimming pool. The exercise room the breakfast area very noisy. It appears expedia has no clout
