Check in was easy, room was clean, and the AC worked well.

It took the guy 15 minutes to figure out our expedia reservation to check us in. The room was very spartan inside, a lamp was broken and the floor was really dirty in the bathroom near the walls. The sliding window was secured with a piece of wood that didn't actually fit. The bed was very comfortable though.

Run down and Grungy
It was run down. Really needs to be updated. No hand towels one face cloth and that was filthy. It really needs cosmetic work. The front guy was polite and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to Thruway and some food places but never again will we stay
The check in guy (So NOT a front desk agent), has seen it all. There were people, frolicking all around. Is that bad> No. Every word was a curse. Dangling ciggies and disparate people hanging around. I was asked for 3 things, personally. Watch your back here. DON'T converse with anyone. "Can I use you're phone?"...avoid avoid
People smoking out in the parking lot, and outside rooms, outside my window with a window, AC unit, sucking in cigarette smoke. Traffic noise through the night, bathroom needs attention, dirty stained walls, a poor attempt at putting a frame around the bathroom mirror with an adhesive back tape that was warped all around, light switches dirty, bathroom door coming very close to the toilet, and shower curtain rod curved that made the space where the tub smaller as it did not allow the door to open fully with where it was installed.
