This hotel is beautiful and in a great location, but the service was terrible. We only needed ice twice and we had to call twice both times and the second time it never arrived at all. The same happened with the coffee maker, we called, then We asked a staff member in the hallway then Finally a few days later it showed up after we called again.
The most frustrating part of our 4 day stay was the pool. Due to COVID-19, you had to make a reservation to use the pool in 1 hour and 45 minute increments. You were only allowed one reservation per day so that all guests had a chance to visit the pool, but you could be added to the wait list and if someone didn’t show up for their reservation. The problem was that if you were called on the wait list they made you forfeit your actual reservation (and the wait list time at the pool was closer to an hour due to them waiting for the people to show up for several minutes before they called) So instead of allowing extra time at the pool for those that wanted it, they just left the pool mostly empty for certain sessions. When you pay almost $400 a night you expect better.
