“We chose this beautiful venue in a very picturesque lakeside setting as a 3 night gathering accommodations for our family of 10 for our daughter's wedding.It easily accommodated our 6 adults and 4 young children and family dog. It is extremely well equipped for hosting such a group with something for everyone...including toys for the little ones and incredibly comfortable beds.The owner was very responsive to our inquiries and remedied our minor concerns in a very timely manner.We wouldn't……

“Beautiful location and thoughtful amenities!We have an annual ladies weekend and this years theme was “summer camp” and this fit the bill. The modern cabin was very Annie from the 1998 cinematic masterpiece The Parent Trap. Once of our girls is getting married in the next year, did we make her forage for pretty leaves in a veil that cost more than a queen sized mattress? “My sisters & neice and I had a wonderful weekend. The home is spacious, cozy and bright with an amazing well equipped kitchen. Gorgeous high ceilings upstairs. The fireplace was wonderful with lots of wood. Beds very comfortable. The two living room areas with TVs were a nice touch even though we didn’t watch TV. We didn’t sit outside due to weather but the garden and deck look beautiful. The home is in a small enclave neighbourhood with other large homes off the main country road. However it’s……

“Happy with our stay. The cottage is spacious, clean, and welcoming. We enjoyed playing ping pong and going to the private beach which is three minutes from the cottage if you are not afraid of taking a steep stairwell down the mountain. Otherwise, you can also make a little detour by walking on the road. A beautiful view on the lake from a large balcony overlooking the lake. We also liked the fact that the cottage is very close to Gatineau, 30 minutes drive for us. We might go back next year if……
