Travel Habitat Bioparc Apartments perfectly combines warmth and freshness with a Mediterranean style. Additionally, four of our apartments (#A, #B, #D and #E) have a private terrace so you can relax and sunbathe outdoors. Travel Habitat Bioparc Apartments can accommodate up to 19 guests, making it an ideal destination for large families and groups. The apartments are located on the ground floor with independent access. The location of Travel Habitat Bioparc Apartments is ideal as it is just 150 metres from the Nou d'Octubre metro stop, which connects to the main attractions of Valencia such as: City of Arts and Sciences, Old Town of Valencia, City Hall Square and Queen's Square, and neighbourhoods like Ruzafa and El Carmen. The apartments #A, #B, #D and #E have a private terrace for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, having a relaxing coffee and unwinding on the outdoor sunbeds. Travel Habitat Bioparc Apartment 4 is an apartment with a private terrace that can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms with a layout of 1 Double Bed with AC, 2 Single Beds in the second bedroom and 1 Bunk Bed in the last one (both with ceiling fan). The apartment is fully equipped with: SMART TV, Free Wi-Fi Connection, Washer-Dryer, Refrigerator, Induction Hob, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle and necessary kitchen utensils. The apartment has two bathrooms: with shower, toilet and personal care amenities. For their reservation, Travel Habitat will provide all occupants with bed linen and towels during their stay. Travel Habitat Bioparc Apartments are Temporary Rental Apartments (Decree Law 9/2024). Guests will receive a rental contract that they must return signed to the accommodation before arrival.
