This penthouse apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a trundle bed for two guests. It has parquet flooring and a large private terrace with furniture. Also, a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, a kitchen area with a ceramic hob, oven and coffee machine, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The apartment has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Located in downtown Valencia, in the surroundings of this apartment you will find a wide range of bars, restaurants, markets, cinemas, shops and shopping centres. The apartment is located at a 10 minutes’ walk from Mercado Central (8200 square metres, it is the largest fresh products market in Europe) and from Lonja de la Seda (15th century, declared World Heritage Site).
