They had no air conditioned room, it was turned off even though it was 80f. Hotel manager was beyond rude. Weird groups of travelers sprawled across the hallway with their luggage open all over the floor. Having a rest ? I literally could not get to my door without stepping on them.

We loved our stay at the san lorenzo. Excellent location, 2 min walk to the park where you can walk in one direction for the bioparc and the other for oceanographic. Play parks for kids on the way. Also metro station in the park to take you anywhere including the airport. Area around the hotel was lovely. Buzzing in the evenings but the hotel was really sound proofed and quiet. Brilliant breakfast. We will come again!

Perfect location!!! The room was extra nice, bigger than expected and in an ideal location. Super recommended. We did not try the breakfast but it looked good too! 10/10

No milk on the room for coffee (only 2 capsules). When asked for a bit of milk, I was asked to purchase a whole breakfast - really? Otherwise nice hotel and I can recommend its location and overall quality.

in order to access you have to walk at least 10 minutes from main road to the Hotel. My Partner being disabled made it very hard to do so. The room assigned was110 and was small dark dirty and awful to shower, as water went all over from bathroom to outside door. After complaining the following day room was changed but wasn't done in good grace. We doubt that in future will use this accommodation again!!
