"I was put in a room and they had workers doing construction work ON MY BALCONY. you know, cutting metal with a saw, painting the fence, installing tent. So I was in a room with 4 men on my balcony peering inside for 8 hours/day. A lot of noise and smell from painting. I had multiple discussions with the property, explaining to them that that was unacceptable. They offered to change my room but only after two days because they were full. They said they did not understand why I was making such a fuss, since the other customers were fine... 😂 Zero customer service, a huge culture gap. So, very bad experience. Unless of course you are someone that enjoys men peering into your room when you are undressed... "

"We had a terrible experience with construction site outside our window with drills from early morning. It was not possible to sleep at all. We needed to go back and forward and got moved after 2 days of staying in that conditions. "
