"Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. Property Manager was in constant communication and ready to fulfill any and all needs. Very receptive to constructive criticism to help improve experience. Overall this rent a 10/10 and would recommend."

"Zen was super responsive, making check in a breeze. The hot tub heats up very quickly and there was so much space for everyone to hangout together, or decompress on their own if they wanted. Location is great- only about 20 minutes to Napa. Would recommend and would stay again if in the area! "

"We stayed for a family vacation. House is a nice size, very clean has wonderful hot tub and games to keep all occupied. Nice firepit and back yard. An oasis. Close to wine country and the ferry to San Francisco. Management was very attentive and had great cpmmunication with us.We had a wonderful stay!"

"Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed."
