"We had a wonderful time and the apartment is very well situated in the heart of Verona. There are a couple of bars below the apartment, but all music stopped at 10.30pm. The bars themselves are worth a visit. The bed was very comfortable and the entire apartment is well furnished (there is no air dryer so remember to bring one, or go without) I would definitely visit again and would recommend the apartment without hesitation. The Truly Verona staff were very helpful and made an excellent stay...

"It is a great, clean and spacious place with fantastic views to enjoy a morning coffee. Only small let down was the noisy A/C unit which also did not cool effectively and needs to be looked at. Everything else was wonderful!"

The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic."

"We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. "We stayed at the Beatrix for a week in July 2015. We wanted a base to explore Garda whilst being able to walk into Bardolino in the evenings. The apartment was on the 2nd floor with a balcony off each room. We found the apartment basic and fairly clean although the bathroom could have been a little cleaner (toilet brush was disgusting) and the bathroom had a horrible smell. We payed for air con which was 50 euros but we expected this and this was good in each room. We expected to have towels...

They're really centrally located (in fact they were two streets away from the wedding venue) and they're very modern and clean with a great shower and facilities. The town centre is pedestrianised so you have to drive your car down cobbled streets to find the check-in for the sister apartments which is a bit of a challenge but Valentina did send a map and directions prior to the visit, and she...
