"The reception area or front room/breakfast area dated, shuts at 8pm if you want a tea/coffee then you come here not in room, we did at 10pm but felt very uncomfortable like in somebodys house, no choice on coffee only expressio, no milk, had to find it. The room feels depressing like a panic room with the massive six bolt door, walls bear, stupid hats hanging over a very uncomfortable bed, again didnt get what they was trying to achieve."

"This was by far the worst experience I’ve had!!! I booked many hotels and had no issues but this hotel was the most frustrating. The train was delayed so we missed our connection. Check in closes at 10pm. I emailed and also text the hotel that I would arrive on time but right around 9:45. I arrived at 9:45 but they closed. I called and the lady answered. I told her we are down stairs and she would not let us in. She said Check in closes at 9 and I said the website said 10. She was awake and...

"This is a very clean hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but only 5 minutes walk from the Arena. The bed was comfy and the breakfast fine. There was no view from the window and no lounge area or outside space to rest in. There is a lift. "

No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. Will not come back again."
