“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room). Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease.     The iconic Lamberti Tower in Verona! Construction started in 1172. In May 1403 the top of the tower was struck by lightning, but the restoration works didn't start until 1448 and took 16 years. During that time, the tower was enlarged: The more recent sections can be recognized today by the use of different materials (such as marble). The large clock was added in 1779. At 84 meters high it's a really impressive sight! I took this photo in December 2017.
