"The hospitality, housekeeping and general staff were excellent. This Taj is not a 5 star property. As much as one can appreciate its history, it is a dated property, yet it sits in the middle of a bird sanctuary.
Be aware, the luxury villas have bathrooms that are open air. They do not have AC! This is most uncomfortable in a tropical climate. The hairdryer is attached to the wall making it impossible to dry your hair in a cool environment. This is not my idea of 5 star."
