"The location of this apartment was perfect for a more quiet area of Venice. Still everything you need was within a 5 minute walk. 5 stars for the location and quaintness. The apartment is okay- we arrived to air conditioning problems, too late at night to deal with but the host was very good about getting it fixed while we were out exploring Venice the next day. There is a gondola pick up point right outside the apartment that is not nearly as busy as the other gondola pick ups. Great...

"We loved this villa and the location was excellent. However, there was a few misses. There were AC units in each of the two bedrooms, but none in the main living area/kitchen, or in the bathroom. This made it extremely difficult to get ready in the bathroom because it was so hot. A portable AC in the living space and/or bathroom would've made it a 4.5-star option."
