This apartment is located in a busy area of ​​Venice, near Campo Santa Maria Formosa, near the Rialto bridge and not far from Piazza San Marco, but away from the chaos of the tourist routes. The geographical context is ideal because it has windows on two opposite sides, one, to one bedroom has two windows overlooking a small alley, so it's more quiet and cool in summer, the other, with four windows, by a beautiful flower garden it is sunny, because exposed southwest. The presence of two full baths can accommodate families of 4/5 persons or two couples.
The apartment has a nice selection of materials and finishes. The well equipped kitchen has two comfortable floors of white Carrara marble
The rates are discounted depending on length of stay and the presence of children. The living room can become in effect a second bedroom and the common area is the great room kitchen and dining room, which can accommodate 6 people seated. The linen is provided, both the sheets towels, duvets on the beds you have any practical and have use of the soap in the bathrooms and in the kitchen, here you will find the basic necessities, such as sugar, tea, coffee, salt oil .. If of requiring regular you can ask for a baby cot and high chair.

Fabulous location

We are so happy we picked this apartment to stay in during our time in Venice. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was the perfect place to put our feet up and relax after wandering the city streets.

This place was perfect for us. It’s off the beaten path so you don’t get tons of traffic, but a quick walk to the main canal and the main sites in Venice. We really liked the courtyard with coffee shops and restraints that’s literally just around the corner. Also other courtyards that are just a few minutes walk, away from the touristy areas and primairly locals. The check in/out was seamless, friendly, and great communication. The apartment was clean and the views of the park were a great bonus.

Little Piece of Venetian Heaven

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a nice quiet location away from the main tourist spots, but not too far to walk to them. Loved this place....it was a little piece of heaven for us!

What a great apartment! The location was fantastic, it was very clean and very tastefully decorated. We used both the bedroom and the pull-out couch which was surprisingly comfortable. Would definitely come back!

This is a great apartment

Overall this is a great apartment. The location is perfect. Close to everything but very quiet. There are thoughtful touches throughout the property. However, there are a few big inaccuracies in the property description. The bed is an American queen not a king. There is a bath tub, but no hot tub. There is no laundry on sight. Really enjoyed the apartment. Just great.

A Perfect Place In Venice

Great location if you want a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. I’ve been to Venice six times and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The host was impeccable. The apartment was charming with two bathrooms with a charming view of the garden next door. Highly recommended.

Ideal location

We had an amazing time in the beautifully decorated and extremely well-located flat. We stayed 8 nights, time enough to discover the parts of Venice that 2 or 3-day travellers miss.The flat is located just off Campo Santa Maria Formosa in a very calm and resting alley.It is ideal to walk anywhere in the city and offers all the equipment one needs. The bed was very comfortable and the sitting room very pleasant.The communication was great at all times and recommendations for local restaurants greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Perfect location

This was a very quiet area with few tourists, and within walking distance of the places we wanted to go. The apartment is lovely and spacious, clean and well supplied. Sara communicated with me using WhatsApp, which was very convenient. She told me how to find a laundromat and a nail salon in addition to suggesting her favorite restaurants. We had a wonderful time in Venice.

Great location

The apartment is in a great location. We found it a little small for my wife and I and our two teenage girls. All and all though it was a nice apartment which served us very well during our stay. It was very quite in the evenings and has a grocery store very near by. I would recommend it if you are visiting Venice. Cheers!

Hidden gem

Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place.

Charming and Quiet Home

Lovely apartment, very centrally located to all major sites, but in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and two bathrooms, one with a tub to soak after a long day of site seeing, made this place perfect for our brief stay in beautiful Venice. Roberto met us at the Rialto vaporetta, to help show us the way and gave us a lots of helpful hints about the neighborhood, all marked on a map, which was very much appreciated.

Best location

I was there to go to biennial and truly the best location you can have. Sarah was very prompt although we had a little miscommunication at the end, everything was perfect. Only thing that I was confused was that on the website there was a white couch but it was not a white couch. Also it was much more dated than what it looked like in the photos. I would prefer a better comforter that a sheet and at blanket .

Good chioce!

Very clean. Roomy for Venice. Good location...close to everything but very quiet and tucked away. They responded quickly to questions and concerns. The host kindly waited and met us at the Veporetto stop. It is a bit of a hike from the boat so do your best to travel light. Tip...allow a lot of time to get to the airport or pay dearly for a water taxi.
