Our house was completely remodeled and we’re excited to share it with you! It’s located in the quiet suburbs of Venice, with just minutes to Sharky’s on the Pier, Venice beach, and many other beaches nearby!

Enjoy the lake view, the gorgeous pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a private backyard, partially fenced in!

Our newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation easy if should you decide to dine in. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in warm, neutral tones. The living room has a 55” Smart TV with live channels, movies, shows, sport, news, and plenty of seating!

Your in-house amenities are taken care of, meaning you can look forward to a completely new and renovated home! From the bed linen to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, it’s all at the tip of your fingers!

Wonderful stay!
Our stay was just perfect. The house is gorgeous and super clean, and very well-stocked for anything we needed. And the pool area? We spent most of the week outside watching the wildlife and floating in the pool. Camy and Radu are very easy to work with; they even came by to reset the internet for us. We are hoping to return in the future!

Venice Gardens Vacation
We had a fantastic vacation with family and friends throughout the month of March. Camy and Radu were the best hosts and the property had everything we needed. Perfect!
The property is even better than the photos. It’s so clean! The kitchen has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The furniture is comfortable. The beds are wonderful. The pool area is spacious and very clean. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature. Camy and Radu are the perfect hosts. Straight after we had booked, Camy contacted us. She answered every question with as much detail as she could. Once we arrived Radu popped in to introduce himself. He was very nice and told us to call if we had any issues. There was an issue with a flat battery in the door lock. It was sorted promptly and without any fuss. Onto the wildlife. Coming from England, we don’t get to see many gators. Gordon The Gator was there to great us when we went outside. Tommy the Terrapin said hi. Eric the Egret visited a few times daily’s, with his side kick Ernie. Harry, the blue heron was an absolute delight to watch - he loved his bread broken up into very small pieces. The ospreys, Oscar and Olive, were awesome to watch and they visited daily too - often flying low over the house. There were many other birds that kept us occupied! All in all, this is the best rental holiday home that we have ever stayed in; and we have stayed in quite a few Florida houses over the years! Thank you Camy & Radu!!

Our little paradise
We absolutely LOVED this home. It is just beautiful! We brought our seven yr old twin grandson/granddaughter with us, who got to swim and play with their cousins who lived in Venice. It has everything you could think of needing on vacation, except for the one item I forgot to pack- a blowdryer . I hope to return to this place on our next vacation. Thanks for your kind neighbor for sharing your number today when I left my phone with all your info, locked up inside the house. And he ask if we had grandchildren with us, I said yes. He thanked me , saying there was no sweeter sound than a child’s laughter. He said he enjoyed hearing them have fun. We cannot wait to return for our next trip. Our goal was a relaxing getaway for my husband, myself and his two cousins. Camy was in constant contact with us on our arrival day. She notified us early when the property was ready for check in which was contactless. The house is equipped with anything and everything you could imagine needing or wanting. Pool toys were in abundance. There were board games as were for the rare rainy day. The grill was an added plus to the very well outfitted kitchen which boasted every utensil and electronic device you might need. Also, there were plenty of dishes and silverware so you didn’t have to run the dishwasher every time you prepared a meal. We spent most of our time by the pool relaxing and enjoying the abundant wildlife. There were even binoculars for up close viewing. The outdoor shower is great for cleaning off after a day at the beach. Location is convenient to restaurants and supermarket. I highly recommend this property for families with children or those looking for a quiet relaxing destination. You will not be disappointed.

This property was perfect! Camy was awesome to deal with. She made check in super easy and enjoyable. She allowed us to check in early which saved us a huge headache. She even checked in with us to make sure every was okay. The property was very clean and was stocked well so we could do some cooking and stay in a night or two. If we go back to the Venice area we will definitely be stay here again!

The property was just as listed; clean, elegant, and spacious. The only trouble with arrive was an issue accessing the smart lock on the front door, though this was thought to be an isolated issue. With there being direct access through the garage, we found ourselves not needing to use the front door. Then each accessories came in handy and we’re super convenient.

What a great stay! Venice is one of out favorite towns with easy access to the beautiful Gulf water beaches. The home was perfectly appointed to meet every need. Wow! What a wonderful stay in Venice Gardens this week, at this stunning renovated beach house! Camy & Radu were gracious hosts, and easy to reach when we had questions during our stay. Absolutely loved this home, and everything it offered. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent location from downtown Venice & the pier/local beaches. Check-in/out was a breeze, all instructions provided before our stay. Entire home (inside & out) clean & organized. Beds comfortable, ample closets & dresser furniture available for use. We spent most of our time in the pool out back. Nice outdoor shower for use. The pool heater add-on, was key during the time of our visit. We even trekked to the beach one day with Camy’s beach umbrella & chairs. Can’t say enough about this week. It was sad to check/out, but we look forward to staying again next year, if you’ll have us!
