Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

Nice place to stay
Overall, a nice place to stay in Venice. Conveniently located. Has everything I needed. It is not big, but quite enough for a person or two. It was very clean and well organized. One downside: I heard noise outside on the street at night and early morning. Also, had intermittent problems with internet, so had to reboot the modem a few times. Otherwise, no problems. I would stay again.

Stay Here - you'll LOVE it!
The place was perfect for our 4 nights in Venice. It's on a quiet street, so you get a good rest after the crowds. It's close enough to everything, that you're never far from something amazing. The neighborhood has a great local vibe, with grocery and restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed for two and was nicely appointed. We cooked in (fish from the market, salads, etc.) sometimes and had everything we needed. Francesca was responsive and helpful throughout. We'd definitely stay here on another visit to Venice!

A weekend getaway in September
We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The location was great with restaurants and little store nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco/ St. Mark’s Square. Also, the lock and key are a little tricky on the first try. Other than that, this unit has all you need for a 2-4 day stay. We would definitely stay here again. Francesca was a great communicator and provided all the information we needed in person when we arrived. Any questions we had, she responded via WhatsApp in a timely manner. Very minor suggestions: A short FAQ/info sheet would have been good to have in the apartment.

Wonderful studio apartment close to everything
Communication with the owners was great. We were late getting to the apartment and she was very patient with us. Her daughter met us and showed us how everything worked in the apartment. It was off the main tourist street so it was pretty quiet. Not far from San Marco Square and there were also bars and restaurants plus a grocery store right around the corner. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Even better than expected
This apartment is even better than expected based on pictures. Perfect location. Close to everything but not in the overcrowded areas. It was clean, nicely furnished and stayed cool. Would highly recommend this as a great alternative to a hotel room. The only issue for us was the bed was too firm. I ended up sleeping on the sofa after one night and that worked better. I saw other reviews where people said the bed was very comfortable so it depends on what works for each person.
