We enjoyed staying in this apartment. Excellent location, steps away from Piazza San Marco and about 5 min walk from Rialto Bridge. Apartment was clean and comfortable. The host was great, good communication throughout. I would stay here again.

Great Location

Great location just steps from San Marco Square and within walking distance of many other attractions. Great food and shopping in the area. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and we would absolutely stay here again!

This is the perfect place to stay in Venice. It has lovely venetian charm. The beds are very comfortable, it's on a quiet side street right beside san marco square. It's close to everything and always easy to find your way home. The host was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was close to everything, just minutes from San Marco, but was also very quiet and private. It accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably. We loved being in the middle of Venice and enjoyed the ambiance. Everything was clean, and the check in process was very easy. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfy, The location is right near the cathedral and a lot of restaurants. it is very walkable to everything. The only issue was some mold in the bathroom. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Amazing location!

This property is in a great location! Easy to get to many sites and restaurants. It was only up one floor. It was clean. Luigi communicated well to any questions and made check-in easy.

Can’t beat the location

We are a family of four with 2 adults and 2 teens. The apartment was in a perfect location just off St Mark’s square. It was within easy walking distance of all the Venice sights. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We did not wind up cooking in the apartment, but there were pots and pans to do so. There is only a stove top, no oven. Communication with the owner was easy.

Best location , everything you need!

We loved the sweet little condo. 2 bedrooms, sitting area, kitchen and wifi! You can get anywhere in about 5 to 15 minute walk. You’re a block from San Marco, but it’s so quiet to sleep. We loved it and Luigi and team were so wonderful! We will be back, and will stay here again. Grazie Nicole

Convenient location with friendly helpful host

Very pleased with our short stay in Venice. The location is very close to St Marks Square. The directions provided to find the apartment were simple. Our Host was very kind and quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We arrived before regular checkin time and met the cleaning staff. They too were very friendly and went over and above, assisting us with carrying our bags up the one flight of stairs. Highly recommend and will rebook if we return to Venice in future.

Venice vacation

Excellent location and Luiggi was accessible. But the bathroom was not in goodshape and smelled so we had to clean it. No hooks to hang towels, shelves, or waste paper basket . Shower head was dirty.Funiture was not in good shape and chandeliers were very dusty. Apartament needs refurbishing.

Beautiful apartment with AC steps from San Marco

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment at the beginning of July. The apartment AC worked wonderfully well and cooled us down quickly. Because of the location of the apartment we could return during the heat of the day to refresh without losing any time. There was lots of space and we instantly felt at home. We also happened to be in Venice during a festival that involved fireworks going off from 11:30-midnight. While we did hear the fireworks (expected as they were right above us) we did not hear anything other noise due to the crowds. It’s a great apartment, in a fantastic location with great AC.

Perfect home away from home in Rome

Great place, location and very accommodating to guests. Exactly as described. Very close to Roma Termini which made it easily accessible to everything (less than 5 mins walk to the train station). Just keep in mind the apartment is on the fourth floor (easy flight of stairs) - there is an elevator for accessibility needs, however, it was down for 2 days when we were there. This did not impact our stay at all but thought I would mention in case other families have accessibility needs. Communicating with owners was easy and they were easily accessible. My teen boys all enjoyed this place very much. Location has many options nearby to eat, grocery, drink, and sight-seeing. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Great location. Only steps from St Marks Square and 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. You can't get a better location in San Marco. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around, yet the apartment was quiet. Communication with the hosts was very good. Questions were answered quickly and they were helpful with suggestions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The apartment is on the second floor but very manageable. The AC worked very well. The WiFi was strong too. The main bedroom is large and comfortable. The second room had two single beds and they added a rollaway bed. All were fine for our two adult daughters, but a little small for our 21 year old son. The furnishings were Venetian style. The pictures are accurate. I would recommend this apartment and would stay here again if I return to Venice.
