"Leslie was an amazing receptionist and helped answer all of our questions. The room was just amazing hands down. The complimentary breakfast is a whole buffet and the food is fantastic !! My family and I will definitely be staying there again and other sister buildings. pool is heated and feels so nice !! The family and I even decided to stay an extra night because we loved the place so much. 10/10 recommend "

"We had great time on the beach and the pool. Large nice rooms, comfortable beds. I gave 4 stars because one of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes. They didn't gave me a reasonable option to replace it i had 2 rooms one of them for 4 kids and one for me and my wife, and the only option they offered was in 2 different buildings. Also i would expect to keep the pool cleaner."

"The Crown Plaza was an excellent treat for myself, my wife and our 7-year-old grandson. Coming from heat baked Sacramento we got a chance to get into the water, wander the beach front, eat very well and enjoy downtown Main Street all within walking distance. The staff from the parking attendants, front desk folks, bar staff at the pool all made us feel welcome. We will be back!"

"I was very comfortable and felt very safe as I had my 3 children with me, a set of rambunctious twins and a 7 year old autistic son. The area was extremely easy to get to right off the freeway and I was driving in from Lubbock, Texas."
