Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Zócolo and malecón, and has a pool. I will stay here again next time I visit Veracruz! Only improvement I would appreciate is a jacuzzi.

The hotel itself it's clean the morning staff Letty was friendly helpful and polite but the evening staff lady on the other hand was rude and very Curt. The room smell like mold, mildew and oder couldn't put my finger on the right word there was mold on the walls. the AC control is only one speed. You can hear everything from the rooms above to the side and below you. I couldn't get a good night's sleep the three nights I stay there because it was so loud and noisy.

The service was ok in general, in spite of minor shortcomings, in particular poor hot water in the bathroom at night. However, the most relevant issue in general was that I was charged twice for taxes when paying online with Expedia: the original price for 4 nights included taxes, but when looking at the final price for the room that I booked I was charged again with taxes!!! Please, check this issue! Thanks.

El hotel es muy limpio, sus habitaciones están muy bien, muy cómodas. El servicio del restaurante de 10, todos muy amables y atentos. Su alberca excelente, me gusta mucho. Todo en general muy bien, las recepcionistas muy amables. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente pero nada que no tuviera solución, de ahí en más todo fue excelente. No es la primera vez que me hospedó, me gusta mucho este hotel en general y más su cercanía al puerto. Todo excelente, muchas gracias 😊
