Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une grande chaleur et beaucoup de gentillesse, ce qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. La maison est magnifique, pleine de charme et parfaitement entretenue, offrant un cadre à la fois élégant et apaisant. “L'appartement est impeccable et décoré avec goût, calme même si donnant sur la rue, équipement complet pour un séjour. Tout était parfait. Pas de note pour le personnel puisque je n'ai pas eu de contact direct mais en revanche les instructions données par SMS puis par mail sont parfaitement claires et permettent une totale autonomie à l'arrivée, pendant le séjour et au moment du départ. “Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even.……

“Prima hotel voor een tussenstop richting het zuiden. Hotel is weliswaar een beetje verouderd, maar prima onderhouden. Het ontbijt is basic, maar qua prijs/kwaliteit helemaal ok. Ook het personeel is supervriendelijk.”

“Parking easy. Room was amazing food was wonderful. Cannot fault it but it is a destination stay. We only stayed one night so am not sure what was around it. There were a few different groups when were there but we got excellent service.”

“We arranged our stay at the last minute whilst travelling south. However, the owners were more than prepared for our stay. They both greeted us and asked if we would require an evening meal which we did. They were able to join us for a drink before serving the MOST delicious four course meal from locally sourced produce (including from their own garden) and wine at a very reasonable price. Comfortable bed and traditional breakfast. Highly recommend xxx”
