Let's start with the positives: the mattress was reasonably comfortable; the mini fridge and microwave worked. But, the room was not clean. The sheets smelled like I slammed my face into a bowl of clorox and had (what looked like cigarette) holes in them. There was hot water the first night we were there, but not after that. There was only one wash cloth and hand towel. The shower grout was full of black mold. There were ants in the breakfast buffet room. The room smelled so strongly of lemon scent cleaner it was choking. The toilet seat was very loose. The tiles haven’t been cleaned in a very ling time. Staff had to come into the room and show us how to turn on the shower and flush the toilet. If you need instructions on how to operate the plumbing, it needs to be fixed. Door wouldn't lock had to get them to fix. Changed a $150 deposit.i paid cash . office would not give me a receipt.
