“The property was located in a quiet area of town situated on a city block of property. We wanted something off the beaten path and this was perfect! We stayed in the cottage. Bed was comfy. The antique furniture fit in nicely and gave you that step back in time feeling. There was an issue with the AC during the night and it quit working but it was tolerable as the temps outside were in the 70’s and the ceiling fan in our room kept the air moving. We loved the property. We felt it could use……

“The African American lady that answered the phone at the front desk literally hung up on me twice when I called to ask a simple question about payment. Twice!! She was so rude!! Completely uncalled for! The bath tub wouldn’t drain as the stopper didn’t work properly. We have been staying for mule day for the last few years. Just to sleep for a few hours, bathe and be done. When you have someone answering the phones they represent a company and she absolutely was a disappointment! Like I said not……
