“The Ope is in a brilliant location right in the centre of St Agnes, with everything you could need just a few steps away - the superb bakery is a particular highlight! The annex studio was a real asset for our teenagers. The property layout is quirky, and as the listing says it definitely wouldn’t work for those with mobility issues, but we enjoyed it.
