"Very unique property centrally located to explore the Catskills area. Kingston is a nice little town with a lot of great restaurants. You can hike in the adjacent state park along the Hudson from the property or hike in the Catskills 30 minutes out. Quiet relaxing property. "

"Great stay to be so close to the lake. Provided plenty of lake accessories so you would need to pack minimal equipment. The pictures are a little deceiving as you are on top of a steep hill with Route 39 (which is busy) between the house and dock. We brought our dogs who are well behaved and stay pretty close. I would be concerned if my dog did not have good recall or young children. However, being situated on top of the hill provides a nice view! "

"Pretty new hotel in excellent condition. I had a studio with a nice kitchen, sitting area, and king sized bed. Nice sized bathroom, with a walk in shower (with excellent water pressure.) Very quiet room. The area has many shopping centers. My room looked on the back and side of a Target, and I think this added to the quiet at night. Excellent front desk staff. Very good laundry room with 4 washers and 6 dryers. Each $2.50 in quarters, but front desk staff can give you change. Good breakfast buffet area with 4 hot options (eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, French toast sticks), cereals, yogurts, breads/toasts/English muffins, coffee/tea, many juices. Ample space in lobby or outdoors to sit and eat. They have a beer/wine electronic dispenser in the lobby. You purchase an electronic card and then it will dispense a fixed amount. Very close to the on-ramp to Route 199, so it’s a very quick to get to the Kingston-Rhinebeck bridge and cross the river. I would definitely stay here again. "
