Our family room was spacious and the view over Palermo was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty, with many options, and the staff was helpful. We took the shuttle into the city, which I’d recommend, as driving is harrowing (super narrow streets, aggressive mopeds). Only wish the jacuzzi had been open - we were looking forward to it. They were doing some work on the pools and patio while we were there, probably to prepare for summer. Overall, though, a pleasant stay, apart from the chaos of the city, and overlooking it and the sea.
