"Everything about this cottage is wonderful. You are just a short bus ride to Amsterdam (nothing compares with the ease of the Dutch transit system), yet you are right on a canal with a gorgeous view of farmland and a long, long view to the horizon. The town itself, Broek in Waterland, is one of the sweetest in all of Holland and has two excellent restaurants. The owners of the property, George and Lia, live in the house next door and are two of the nicest people you will meet. We really can’t...

"Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, nur leider gibt es im Ort viele Baustellen, was das Gesamtbild von Noordwijk etwas trübt. Die Wohnung hat (fast alles) was man braucht (keinen Ofen). Die Toilette ist etwas klein, die Treppe ziemlich steil. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen mit Hund ideal. Ich würde die Wohnung noch mal buchen."

"We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in the city before but this time planned to visit the tulip fields and the Keukenhof gardens and it was an easy 15/20 minute drive. The location is quiet and tranquil. You hear all the animals playing and talking and we even got a visit from a group of ducks. If you wish to go into the city it's at least 30 minutes but also an easy drive. There is no TV which as weird at first but it worked out just fine!"

"Wir waren mit dem kleinen Häuschen sehr zufrieden. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend, das Kochfeld funktioniert super und erhitzt schnell. Lediglich das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Armatur der Dusche ist teilweise scharfkantig, da mussten wir etwas aufpassen."

"We are a family of 4 from Canada, and this was such a lovely place to stay and explore the area including Amsterdam. It was very easy to hop in the train. The guesthouse was clean and very cutely decorated. Marcel was very accommodating and kind. We didn't have much time to visit him because we were so busy, but he checked in with us frequently. I would highly recommend a stay here."

"The hotel and facilities was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal was delicious. The room and the views exceeded our expectations. Using the hotel bikes to get around was great fun and quicker than walking. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bus was a short journey from Centraal Station and there was a good frequency of services. Overall, a fantastic stay at the July."
