Muy buenas tardes Me pareció excelente el espacio Tuvimos una noche que no pudimos dormir bien por escándalo de una familia con niños que hasta deshoras estuvieron jugando gritando El sofá de la sala cojines huelen muy feo como que alguien duerme ahi No pudomos activar Internet También por ventanas de sala por debajo se metieron algunos animales como una avispa la sacamos a terraza y se volvía a meter aun la puerta de vidrio cerrada

I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. From the beginning, the staff went above and beyond to help me when I realized I had accidentally booked the wrong dates. They were incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy. The breakfast included with the stay was phenomenal and honestly one of the highlights of the hotel. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared, from the fresh-squeezed juice and tapas to the assortment of baked goods and the main breakfast dish. The homemade tortillas were especially good. I also ate at the on-site restaurant, Alma y Celeste, and had the burger. Hands down, it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. It tasted homemade in the best possible way, like someone’s grandma was in the back cooking it with love. Having a restaurant and bar on-site was such a plus, and I loved being able to sit and eat on the terrace every day. The room amenities were another great touch. Everything felt elevated and well thought out, and I especially loved the shaving soap included in the amenity kit. It’s a small detail, but it made the stay feel even more luxurious. I also visited the spa and had such a relaxing experience. It felt peaceful, luxurious, and was the perfect way to unwind. I really appreciated the hotel’s security as well, which made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is on a very nice and safe area close to everything, I will return for sure. Just one thing that I didn't like is an a Friday night some people were talking very loud all night.
