“Personalet er meget imødekommende og venlige. Hotellet er flot, fremstår nyrenoveret og meget pænt. Især personalet - både i receptionen, rengøringen og i restauranten - skal have en ekstra stjerne for at være glade, interesserede og servicemindet. “Di passaggio in una gita di tre giorni. Bellissima struttura con personale molto preparato e gentile. Non mi capitava da una vita (e 30/40 notti all’anno le passo in hotel…) di essere accompagnato in camera dai receptionist. Bravi! Una piccola pecca. In fase di prenotazione non era scritto da nessuna parte che non era attivo il ristorante e siamo dovuti andare in centro a cena. Ottimo lo stesso.”

“The BEST Breakfast I have ever had in the hotel!!!!!!!!!Variety of choices, no matter from foods to drinks. As we booked the cheapest room, we cant see any view from our room.It doesnt look what the photos mentioned, however, the room is tidy,clean and spacious. There is a beautiful lake view behind the resort, it just takes 5-10mins walk,highly recommended to visit the lake park!!”

“Servizio e cortesia fanno da padroni al Palazzo Lodron Bertelli. Gli host gestiscono la struttura con amore e cura trattando i clienti con inesauribile gentilezza e premura. Accedendo direttamente dalla struttura si può godere della spa del Borgo della Salute, un’ulteriore coccola del nostro soggiorno. Consigliatissimo per un weekend sugli sci (impianto di Pinzolo a 5/10 min e di Madonna di Campiglio a 15/20 min)”

“Ik heb erg genoten en ter plekke nog een nacht bijgeboekt. Heerlijke (betaalde) wellness met een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. De eenpersoonskamer was klein maar fijn, een ruime badkamer en lekker bed. De klantvriendelijkheid in dit hotel is hoog en het ontbijt goed. Gratis parkeren bij de accommodatie ”
