We stayed in a pet room and there was no smell at all. I like that the floors were laminate. Breakfast was good along with the staff.

The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area—the hot tubs were nice and hot, and the kids had a blast on the slide.
The only real downside was the elevator situation. One elevator was out of service, and the other often got stuck if someone tried to open the door while it was closing to let more people in. It sometimes took a few minutes to reset, so we ended up taking the stairs quite a bit—even though we were on the 4th floor.
Breakfast was a standard continental setup with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and juice. The hotel’s location was very convenient and just a short distance from the mall.
Overall, a mostly positive stay with great amenities, but the elevator issues were definitely an inconvenience.

Friendly staff, good room. Only thumbs down was the pool was ice cold. Not figuratively, literally ice cold. Like the heater wasn’t turned on for days.

Room was very clean, hallways as well. Breakfast area is very small and gets congested but if ya need to grab a bite - all good TVs are not HD but not a deterrence. Great for the price . And PARADISO is a 2 minute walk :)
