Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Adequate for the price. Only two bath towels were provided and were threadbare. Property was clean, bed was comfortable, but very glad we brought our own pillows as the two that were provided were unusually small.
The lobby and room were super clean and quiet. The check in associate was very helpful. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was waffles and toast and cereal. I would stay here again. 😊
I'd rate it 5 but I'm picky with my coffee. It wasn't terrible but it was quite weak and I don't drink dark roast so that's saying alot. However otherwise I would recommend for affordable rates, clean environment, helpful staff and close to amenities.
Clean rooms, everything was clean and it smelled so fresh and clean as soon as you walk thru the front door and the pool area was also very very clean and nice
Staff was great and stay was enjoyable at a decent price

Disliked: Amenities
Rooms were clean, pool and hottub well maintained, all windows open in hallways which had the hallways hot and smelling like everything anybody smoked outside in the morning, and somebody’s vehicle literally got stolen out of the parking lot
The breakfast was very modest. I had hoped for some fresh fruit and yogurt.
Parking was fine.
Staff met was and served our needs well.
The room and bed were very nice.
The room was spacious and clean. The pillows were smaller than standard size. The bed was very, very comfortable! The temperature control was ideal and the fan was the perfect white noise. The room was quiet, dark, and cool. I slept 10+ hours! I put out the do not disturb sign and wasn’t disturbed once.
It was ok. Room was a non smoking room but smelled; not like smoke but I had to get some spray to spray room. Staff not that friendly. It worked for a quick night but I wouldn’t do it again
From day 1, we were greeted with loads of cigarette butt's at the entrance which was never removed up until our departure. At the reception, we stayed almost 5 minutes before someone could attend to us. The room and the buidkijf itself welcome us with offensive odour - we got adjusted to it.. smiles. We had to ask for towels (bascis in every hotel), one of the beds in our room was dirty, hair shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, no bathing soap, takes forever to have someone to attend to your meed at the reception. Highly unprofessional customer relations, Waffle mix just beside uncovered garbage, .... 2 nights... Good pool and spa... if this is how all Econo Lodge is, then am never booking an Econo Lodge again.
Not accessible, as it had no elevator and no handicapped parking on the far side of the building. The room was clean, but the tiles in the bathroom were loose. The exterior of the building was filthy.
