"We experienced a serious safety issue during our stay where another guest banged on our door and yelled false accusations. We felt very unsafe. We reported this and were told management would follow up, but no one ever called us back—even after multiple attempts to reach them. The lack of response and accountability was very disappointing."

"We only stayed for one night in the Jasmine Tower, but the kids loved the pool amenities and beach area. If you have kids, I highly recommend staying in the tower as you are near the pool and will not need to take the shuttle. The condo was spacious and met our needs. My only feedback is that the sofa bed was broken and the mattress in need of replacement. There are no USB ports for charging, so bring your own."

"On February 20, when I made the reservation, I asked if I could please have a 1st floor room. I never received a response. When I checked in last Thursday, Samuel at the front desk, who was very nice, looked up my reservation and said there was a note to charge me $10 per night. I inquired what was the charge for and Samuel told me from switching from a second floor to a first floor. That’s when I looked up my reservation and saw that after I inquired about switching to a first floor room, I never received a response. If they had told me it would be $10 per night. I would’ve said fine, but since they did not, as a matter of principal, I declined and stayed on the second floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower could use a little work. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly."
