Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. "The patio was dirty and was never cleaned in the 9 days we were there. Room service was sporadic and not consistent. We returned used robes and never received replacements. We did not see tea cups after the first three days. There is no room food service. Only breakfast. The hotel room offered free coffee and tea but no free water to use with it, except for one complimentary bottle when you first arrive. A/C was hard to control."
