“Location was great”

“Our stay was absolutely lovely. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and the apartment and neighborhood were perfect for a romantic and celebratory week in Paris. Mathieu was an excellent host who was never hovering, but very responsive. He even reached out to us to tell us how to turn on the heat before we asked (Paris was unseasonably chilly the week we visited and Mathieu wanted to make sure we stayed cozy). The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the elevator worked well……

“You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. But due to the apartment’s location facing the shaded yard, the temperatures were still quite manageable. The host had great communication, and made sure we were okay regularly. Other than……

“Very convenient location to walk to different places. Check in was very smooth even staff wasnt present. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with cooking utensils. Although cleaning could only be arranged if you stay more than 6 nights, trash was cleared every day. And the cleaning provided for staying over 6 nights was great too. The only hiccup for our room was that water spilt out from the toilet bowl after flushing. Staff was informed and they gave us swift response and we were……

“Location is amazing- close to everything! Having 2 full bathrooms was a necessity for us. Getting in and out of the building is a bit confusing, but thankfully the owner was there. After we checked in, there was still more to learn about getting in and out of the building. Make sure you read and understand all instructions before you arrive! The apartment itself is very good!”

“There was no staff on site at all, We were given combonations to enter from the street and a combonarion to enter the room. The rooms had little which appeared to be sugar ants througout the rooms.”

“Babylon has a perfect location, walkable touristy places - hotel de ville, seine river, Notre damn and louvre! Plus bus stop and metro nearby, safe neighborhood, lots of vibrant cafes and boutiques.
