“The whole place was clean, the food was good, but the staff made it next level. Our housekeeper found us in the restaurant because we’d left something in our room and the bartender was inviting and warm. ”

Very disappointed this year that the outdoor bar and grill is now 'garden' style where you have to go to the counter and order your own food and drinks. No more servers waiting on us. Even though we had to go up to put our orders in, the bar area was understaffed. The Loft was closed when we were there, the Chophouse was not open Sunday evening, the water park was closed. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”
