(holidays excluded) "Grand View Cottage" is a 2100 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom (beautifully remodeled) home with a direct view of Grand Lake, 6 person hot tub, ponds, streams and waterfalls. The cottage features a master suite w/ king bed, a secondary suite with 3 queen beds, and a loft with 2 built in bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. The home has an open floor plan with kitchen, living and dining room, outdoor 2nd floor patio w/ great views, wood burning fireplace, gas firepit, gas grill and outside patio furniture. There is a community swimming pool, lighthouse, fishing ponds and dock access for swimming/boating/fishing. There is also a grocery, liquor and hardware store 1/4 mile away.
