Der Pool war zu kalt und der Wellness Bereich nicht einladend (alles sehr karg ohne Atmosphäre)
Im Restaurant mussten Getränke immer direkt bezahlt werden, obwohl wir bei der Buchung eine Kreditkarte hinterlegen mussten
Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam, beim Frühstück war die Kellnerin alleine total überfordert, es wurde früh wie abends nur schlecht bzw auf Nachfrage……

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und reibungslose Kommunikation per WhatsApp auf Deutsch. “Very nice stay. We always stay here whenever we visit Cheb. The hotel has a very nice indoor pool rooms are clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Take advantage of the parking offered so you don’t have to park on the street. A very good place to spend time with.”
