Parking was a hassle when we first arrived. There is only a small area thatโ€™s elevated with no clear sign to pull in there. All other parking is in a lot next to the property. Hotel room itself was okay, definitely had nice views.

The weather was bad and chilly and rainy outside and the hotel did not have extra blankets for the room. Our bed had a sheet and thin blanket. They need to warn you that parking is not good for larger trucks or vehicles. The staff did move their cars to try and give us a spot for easier parking. But overall the parking is very tight. When the wind changed direction the door to the balcony rattled.

Really surprised me because the price made me think it wouldnโ€™t be nice. The hotel is truly no frills, but we didnโ€™t need fancy for the 6 days we were there. We just wanted a decent place to stay with a view and access to the boardwalk and water, and close to a lot of walkable places. The guys at the desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only hiccup was one night when they ran out of parking. But they just opened their overflow lot next to it that night and showed us where to park. They donโ€™t offer breakfast like other hotels, but we donโ€™t eat breakfast anyway. We enjoyed our stay and plan on coming back next trip.

Housekeeping is optional. You can request towels or cleaning. We were only there for 4 nights/3 days. We just dumped our trash in the big can by the vending area, when needed. There is a coffee pot in the rooms and a pack of coffee but no tea. The location is great. Nothing like ocean front!!!

The room was okay.\nThe view was great of the beach , biggest complaint With I couldn't look at the room before I signed everything. Pay for parking,, no breakfast at all,,had to ask for more coffee, small pot. Had to ask for the room to be cleaned, i believe I can get more for the money at other hotels.

The Jacuzzi tub didn't work and the room I booked was supposed to have a kitchenette. It was difficult process to pay for the parking because the hotel doesn't take cash. Definitely wouldn't recommend it and I will never waste my money on that hotel again!

Staff were all amazing, very accommodating and kind, management is great. Great location, good view of the beach. Room was clean and bedding comfortable, Bed frames appeared broken or dismantled but it was not an issue. The worst part was the wall in the lounge part of the room looked like a biohazard and it was off putting. What i assume were water pockets leaking a rusty brown color and taped over with painters tape, some pockets still full and I feared theyโ€™d pop on the person who slept right next to it on the pull out bed. That did not happen so all is well but very hard to ignore and not a pretty sight by any means, grossed us out. No AC in hallways or elevator, was not an issue for me but should be noted.

We got the room for a brief stay (Stained @ Ampatheather). Over night only. It was close to the venue, it is on the ocean with a balcony, sounded great! We stayed in room #806. The tolet kept running, husband found the hard way the floor was soaked (carpet), bed closest to the ocean was broken/damaged wouldn't even put my suitcase on it, stain across the ceiling was black mold, room/hotel smell old and molded. I told the attendant at front dest. Sadly, he seemed unconcerned. Won't go back for sure!

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. The beach view was great. Our dislike was walking from the hotel parking down a slanted driveway to the main sidewalk before you got to the beach. Once you got down to the sidewalk it was about 300 feet to the beach. The tub did not have safety bars. One bed collapsed because the footings came apart. The other bed 's mattress was too soft. Management offered another room we declined. This hotel has no breakfast or coffee which is important so that you don't have to go outside for breakfast.

Overall, I was disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Having to pay $10 per night for parking was frustrating, especially since paying the fee did not guarantee a reserved parking spot. Another concern was the homeless encampment directly beside the hotel. At one point, we were trying to relax by the pool while people in the bushes right behind the pool area were yelling, cussing, and fighting. It was very unsettling, especially while staying there with our family. The pamphlet in our hotel room also stated that complimentary coffee was available, but there was none during our stay. The elevator situation was probably the biggest inconvenience. There was only one working elevator, and it was extremely slow and constantly full. When we were checking out, it took us over an hour to make two trips to load our vehicles. We would wait around 10 minutes for the elevator, only for the doors to open and it to already be completely full. Usually, it took about three attempts before there was enough room for us to get on. The hallways also had no air conditioning, which made the long elevator waits even more uncomfortable in the summer heat. On the positive side, the woman who typically worked the front desk at night was absolutely amazing. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. She even took care of a hallway light that was out near our room. Our room itself was also a positive. It stayed very cold and comfortable, had a nice large refrige
