The bathroom was not clean when we arrived . Me and my friend have babies and we had to clean out the bath tub in order for them to bathe. The bath tub had hairs in the tub. The toilet was also not clean. There was also hair on the bathroom floor when we first checked in.

Paint peeling from bathroom ceiling. Door to room wouldn't shut entirely. No coffee in room or lobby. Dope heads hanging around & staying here. The bed was like sleeping on a snapple lid .Pay a few $ more and stay elsewhere

The property everything is old. My reservation was the room no smoking but smell to smoke. The bed uncomfortable. No shampoo and conditioner. Nothing good It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. 👎👎👎

The sleeping area of the room was ok; however the bathroom had q-tips and an opened bar of soap laying on the floor. The environment of the overall hotel was sketchy as people were lingering late at night (we had arrived late in the evening), drug activity happening (able to smell it outside of our room and even lingered inside our room as we had a child with us!). The phone didn’t even have a cord plugged into the wall. There were no extra pillows or blankets to give out. My family and I were set to stay three nights and we left the next morning. I do not recommend this hotel to any family, especially with children.

6/23/2024 - Reservation made on Expedia for 6/27/2024, to pay for stay at the front desk 6/23/2024 - Email from hotel about problem with card 6/23/2024 - Contacted hotel via Expedia, no reply 6/26/2024 - Called hotel about late check-in, asked if there are any issues with reservation, no issues 6/26/2024 - Contacted hotel via Expedia, no reply 6/27/2024, 21:00 hours - Called hotel about late check in, was advised all is well 6/28/2024, 01:30 - Arrived at the hotel, my reservation is not found, hotel is fully booked.After some research,I am advised that reservation was cancelled on 6/27/2024 around 17:00 hours for card declining charge. Since Capital One is using Virtual Card numbers, could not "reinstate" original reservation, as "virtual" number was different from actual number. After some further research, a room was offered at a higher rate despite hotel being "fully booked". The first room was not ready for a guest, as it was dirty from previous guest and was smoked in. Another room was offered, which was ready for a guest. At that point in time, I was happy that I did not have to spend a night in car, so I did not question room cancelation, room availability in fully booked venue - as a matter of fact, I am grateful to the front desk lady for helping out with a room.However, I probably will not go for this property in the future, in hopes to save myself some aggravation.Once you read this, you decide for youself - after all, the situation was salvaged by a good employee

The place is so dirty and smelly and ontop of that they gave us a room someone already had. We got to the room and there was someone in there. I will not recommend this for anyone. Don’t ever come to this place.

This hotel is nothing like the picture on expedia represents. You have to be rung in to enter the building which was the first clue. The front desk lady didn't greet you when you approached the desk. I could tell immediately that she had an attitude and didn't want to wait on us. We were given 2 upgraded rooms( meaning remodeled) rm1 had a hole in the wall, fridge didn't work, missing chairs, painter tape still on trim areas in spots, ac could not be controlled with panel, only got 2 towels for 3 guests and very dirty in bathroom and baseboards. Room 2 sink didn't drain, bathtub dirty and stained and same cleanliness issues. The area is not a family enviroment with trash, drug dealing open air or by the moonlight, had several prostitutes and one pimp hanging around. With the hotel being remodeled lots of nails and screws in parking lots, trash on grounds and parking lot, broken down car on blocks in the rear parking lot. The place is being used to house weekly residents and felt unsafe for the girls in our party. This hotel should be used for a hotel and not low income housing. I would not recommend to anyone other than single guys or workmen in the area. Found lots of coins thrown on the parking lots was the one plus. Very dissappointed in the experience. Who should I check out with other than the unfriendly lady from the first day. She was annoyed when asking for extra towels for the six guests and toilet paper. We will never go there again. BO

1st room was unclean and still had someone else's belongings still there. 2nd room would not unlock. After unlocking room, bed was stained with something brown bathroom was never cleaned. Beds were hard as my granite countertop at home. I will never stay there again. They offered a $30 discount.

The outside look like that had a fire but still put us on that side the pillowcases were spotted bathroom was dirty dead roaches sink kept stopping up etc....I felt like I was the housekeeper 😏 after all of that I made it worth staying

There were beer cans everywhere, over flowing trash, and the bathtub had hairs in it and the sink was gross. Not to mention people hanging out in an unsafe manner... also the cars in the lot looked like someone broke into them. Really bad!

The non smoking room had cigarette burns on the sink, tub and furniture, grounds had visible trash. Makes an average Motel 6 look like the Waldorf Astoria. They need to just tear this place down
