“This is a nice, quiet house and looks just like the listing. It has three bedrooms on the main floor and one on the basement level. There is one bedroom with twin beds, one with a queen, and two with king beds. There is also a kitchen table that seats 8. Our family had more than enough space. “Overall close to metro easy commute to sights and sounds of DC. Well stocked towels and kitchen supplies. Only negative was no ceiling fans or TVs in bedrooms. Only tv is in living room and basement. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable. It sleeps 8 but there is not space for 8 to sit comfortable in living room to enjoy tv or to sit at bar to eat. ”

“This property was fantastic. Perfect location for a quick drive to Georgetown. Everything was spotless upon arrival, ample towels, extra linens and blankets, hair tools, etc! The bathrooms are spacious and luxury. Rollaway beds were perfect for the living room! Would absolutely stay here next to we are back in the area!”

We used public transit from the airport to the house, traveling to the national mall every day to visit smithsonian museums and national monuments. “We brought out 5 kids for Spring Break and were pleased with how it worked out. Beds were comfortable, location was good, a little noisy with traffic, but we felt safe. We drove into DC and parked. The closest metro train station is about half a mile and no parking. This is a great option for a place to land after exploring all day. The only recommendation would be to replace the furniture in the living room with something more comfortable. ”
